Japan Society Awards 2012 – Call for Nominations
The Japan Society Awards are presented each year to mark a significant contribution to the field of UK Japan relations which has not otherwise been recognized. Nominations are accepted from any member at any time, but please submit nominations for the 2012 Awards by Thursday 19 July. They will be presented at the Society’s Annual Dinner on 1 October.
Past winners have included individuals from a great diversity of fields, whose contributions to enhancing understanding and exchange between the UK and Japan have taken many and varied forms. To view details of recent winners and criteria for the Awards, please follow this link.
We are now accepting nominations for 2012 Awards. Nominations should be made by post to Heidi Potter at the Japan Society offices or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A nomination form, together with further information about the Awards, is available here. If you require help or further advice to complete your nomination form, contact the Japan Society office.
Please do not tell the nominee that you have put his or her name forward for an Award.
