East Leeds Oriental Culture and Language Conference

Brigshaw High School and Language College hosted the third annual one day East Leeds Oriental Conference, where approximately 180 students from secondary schools across Leeds were given the opportunity to be involved in Japanese language and culture. Japanese activities included language sessions and creative art worskshops, such as, Taiko drumming, Calligraphy, Japanese Silk Painting, and Origami.
