Programme A: Funding for Recovery Assistance Projects
Funding for projects which assist the recovery, conducted by organizations with at least one year’s previous activity, some experience relevant to the type of project proposed or with specialist skills.

Programme B: Funding for the Promotion of Partnerships in Recovery Assistance Projects
Funding for Recovery Assistance Projects undertaken in partnership between an organization with strong local roots and with its main base in the affected region (applicant organization) and an organization from within or without the region which is undertaking activity in the affected area (supporting partner organization) and which utilize the strengths of both. A requirement of the application is that the cooperation utilizes the strengths of the applicant organization with its local knowledge and networks, with advice from the partnership organization to build organizational capacity for the implementation of sustainable projects.
