Loan Resources Booking Form

Use this form to request loan resources from the Japan Society. Please select the items you wish to borrow, the relevant loan period and your preferred means of collection and return. We will contact you to confirm availability of the resources you have requested.

Please ensure that you provide school address details since we are unable to send resources to a home address.

Loan Conditions
  1. Loan is made on the understanding that borrowers will take all reasonable care in using the resources and that they will be invoiced for any items found missing or damaged on return (with the exception of consumables such as paper/ink etc). The borrower should check the resources against the itemised list supplied with it immediately upon receipt.
