Japan Room Lecture: Nazani Tea Time from Ancient Greece to Mugicha

For all tea lovers, Nazani Tea will host an evening bridging the tea and infusion traditions of the East and West. Though Nazani Tea has a wide award-winning range of infusions, the evening will focus on Kykeon (both modern and traditional recipes) and roasted spring barley, originally from ancient Greece but now well-known as mugicha in Japan.
