For the second in our exciting new series of careers events in collaboration with the Japan Club of London Business School, we invite guests to join us for an in-person panel discussion, followed by an audience Q&A and networking session/light refreshments.

This session will provide a particular focus on careers in the gaming industry – with Japanese videogames and popular media such as anime providing one of the biggest draws for those developing an interest in Japan, jobs in these highly dynamic, creative industries remain an incredibly attractive route for those wishing to combine work and play. Informed by the personal experiences and career trajectories of a panel of expert speakers - Kendra Evans and Marc Melton - this event will offer participants an in-depth, knowledgeable overview of how to land a Japan-related job in this sector. Our speakers will share how their own careers started - their journey into their current positions and how this developed in tandem with their involvement/interest with Japan.

The event is open to all, but is particularly aimed at university students/new graduates as well as young professionals, and aims to help individuals looking to further their careers approach the job market with both confidence and knowledge in the wealth of opportunities available to them.
