Private Day Trip to Dojima Sake Brewery - Photos

On Sunday 29 May 2022, we were delighted to visit Dojima Sake Brewery for a private tour of the brewery learning about the process of sake making as well as its history and culture whilst enjoying the historic atmosphere of Fordham Abbey and its beautiful Japanese garden.

Members and guests also enjoyed a tea ceremony in the Japanese garden, 3 course lunch and sake tasting, and a sake kasu workshop with Megumi Takeyama, founder of MEGUMI’S Supper Club and the owner of RISE Japanese Bakery & Bar.
