The guest of honour at The Japan Society and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the UK’s next joint lunch will be Bronwen Maddox, Director and Chief Executive of Chatham House.
We are delighted to welcome Bronwen Maddox who will share her insights on the evolving strategic competition between the US and China and the implications this has for countries such as the UK and Japan, navigating this shifting geopolitical landscape.
The event will be chaired by The Japan Society's Chair, The Rt Hon Greg Clark.
Bronwen Maddox took up the post of Director and Chief Executive of Chatham House in August 2022. Before joining Chatham House, Bronwen was Director of the Institute for Government (2016-2022), an independent think tank based in London promoting better government. Before becoming a journalist, Bronwen was an investment analyst in the City and a director of Kleinwort Benson Securities, where she ran its highly-rated team analysing world media stocks.
