Women in Work Series: Lessons from Female Leaders - Photos

On Tuesday 11 November 2025, we welcomed female members working in Japanese contexts to the fourth event in our Women in Work Series 'Lessons from Female Leaders'. 

The evening opened with an insightful presentation by Emma Codd, Global Inclusion Leader at Deloitte, who shared findings from the recent report Women @ Work 2025:A Global Outlook which includes data from Japan. After brief introductions from our panel of speakers, participants joined group discussions on key topics such as working in a male environment, developing self-confidence, and maintaining a work-life balance. 

The event concluded with a lively sake reception, offering attendees the chance to network and connect with others committed to driving positive change in this area.
