Webinar Video - Authority, Confidence and Gender in the Post-Pandemic World

On Thursday 24 June 2021, Japan Society chairman Bill Emmott was joined by Professor Ian Robertson, neuroscientist and trained clinical psychologist author of How Confidence Works, and Mary Ann Sieghart, current affairs commentator and presenter, author of The Authority Gap. They discussed the psychological background for gender inequality and for other management challenges and how confident, uncouncious bias and authority perceptions can affect women in their professional development.
