Please remember that the Embassy of Japan’s security policy means that you need to let us know in advance if you are planning to attend – please book here.

In addition to the usual automated acknowledgement of your booking, you will also be sent a pdf of your booking confirmation before the meeting, which you will need to show to security on entry (either printed or on your phone) along with a form of photographic ID.

• Providing Details in the Booking Form
  Please enter the full name and email address for each attendee in the booking form. Please provide the email address associated with your membership so we can match your information in our system.

  You should receive an automated email from The Japan Society confirming your booking. If you don't receive any confirmation emails, please check your spam folder or email events@japansociety.org.uk. We will send you the details to attend the event closer to the date.
