This year’s Christmas Party will once again be held in the Ballroom of the Japanese Embassy, thanks to the kind support of our President, Ambassador Suzuki. We hope that many members will join us for this festive occasion to catch up with old friends and make new ones.
Members may bring guests but space may well be limited, so early booking is advised; places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
The dress code is lounge suit/smart casual wear.

- Please enter the full name and email address for each attendee in the booking form. Please provide the email address linked to your membership so we can match your information in our system.
- You should receive an automated email from The Japan Society confirming your booking. If you don't receive any confirmation emails, please check your spam folder or email events@japansociety.org.uk.
- We will send you the details to attend the event closer to the date. Names are required for the Embassy security in advance. You will be sent a confirmation of your booking to show on arrival (printed or on your phone), together with photo ID.

- Cancellation Policy
A full refund will only be given where notice of cancellation is received no later than Thursday 4 December 2025. After this date, we will attempt to resell your ticket(s). If we are unable to resell your ticket(s), unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund.
