Japan Society New Year Celebration Lunch - Photos

Our thanks to everyone who came to the Japan Society New Year Celebration Lunch on Saturday 5 February 2022 and special thanks to our host Pantechnicon and Guest Chef Tim Anderson for a wonderful meal and service.

It was a fantastic celebration of the start of 2022 with a five-course vegan Japanese lunch prepared by Tim Anderson exclusively for Japan Society members and friends. The menu included Winter Tomatoes in Ginger Tsuyu, Mushroom Parcels with Garlic and Soy Sauce, Kimchi and Tofu Gyoza, Tan Tan Salad and Chocolate Mousse with Miso Pecans. A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were also served, selected by Pantechnicon’s Head Sommelier and sake kindly provided by Sake Samurai.
