The Japan Society chairman, Bill Emmott, was joined in discussion by Robert Alan Feldman, Chief Economist and Head of Fixed Income Research at Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities, and Robert Ward who leads the Geo-economics, Geopolitics and Strategy programme at IISS.
