The Japan Society Annual Dinner 2023 - Photos

On Thursday 25 January 2024, we were delighted to welcome members and guests to The Japan Society Annual Dinner held in the Grand Hall at One Great George Street.

Our guest of honour was Japanese actor Togo Igawa who gave a wonderful speech about his life and career in Japan and the UK, followed by an engaging Q&A with guests chaired by Bill Emmott, chair of The Japan Society. The event was closed with a loyal toast by Japanese Ambassador to the UK, Hajime Hayashi, and Bill Emmott.

We thank everyone that joined us on this special occasion, and give special thanks to JTI for their support which enables us to offer discounted tickets to members, ensuring that the event could be enjoyed by everyone.
