Japan Matsuri 2024 - Photos

Japan Matsuri 2024 took place on Sunday 6 October 2024 at Trafalgar Square drawing crowds from across London and the UK to celebrate Japanese culture. The event featured a wide selection of Japanese food and drinks, vibrant music and dance performances, and activities suitable for all ages. The festival continued its tradition of fostering cultural exchange, following the success of previous years.

As one of the four corporate directors of Japan Matsuri, The Japan Society had a stall on the north terrace offering a "Make a Wish" interactive activity and a Daruma Doll Design Contest - see the winners and shortlisted below.
