Japan Matsuri 2025 - Photos

On Sunday 21 September 2025, the UK’s much-loved and biggest annual festival of Japanese culture and food, Japan Matsuri, returned to Trafalgar Square for a day absolutely packed with Japanese food, entertainment and culture.

The Japan Society Team were there with sumo-themed origami, and Japanese calligraphy with Aya Burbanks.

A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers, and to everyone that visited our stall. It was fantastic to meet everyone!
