We are delighted to announce that the Japan Society is collaborating with London Business School Japan Club to host a Japan Summit 2022 on Friday 11 November. An all-in-one conference and networking event, panelled by Japanese business and industry experts in Innovation and Sustainability, this is an excellent opportunity for Society members to meet and engage with senior executives of major Japanese companies, as well as, leading academics in the field of business.

Several Japan Society member companies from top tier Japanese firms will be represented in panel discussions and keynote speeches at the Japan Summit 2022, including Honda Motor Europe, NTT Data UK, Takeda, and Nomura.

The conference begins at 12 noon and focuses on Innovation and Sustainability within Japanese business. Speakers throughout the day will focus on how Japanese business is navigating the myriad challenges that all global firms face, whilst also imagining and realising their ESG goals. Join us to hear directly from keynote speakers, such as the Executive Vice President of Honda Motor Europe, Ian Howells and the Vice-Dean of London Business School, Prof. Julian Birkinshaw.

The networking session will follow at 4.30pm, where attendees meet with our keynote speakers and members of London Business School’s Japan Club. This event is suitable for all members; whether you are someone already in work looking to expand your business connections or a student seeking opportunities; an unmissable opportunity to meet those at the heart of the thriving and ever-growing Japanese business world.
