Small Grants Application Form

Before submitting an application, please read our Guidelines carefully.

*We are not currently accepting grant applications. We hope to resume the programme in the future so please check back for updates.*

Applications may be made in three ways:

  1. By completing the online form below.
    Please note that the form cannot be saved. If you leave the page before submitting your application, it will be lost.

  2. By email.
    Download the Application Form (Word / PDF), complete and return to Japan Society.
    Please note that our server blocks emails with attachments over 5MB, so in this case please send the application using an online file transfer service.

  3. By post.
