Try Japanese!
Try these activties to give KS2 pupils a fun introduction to the Japanese language. We recommend a minimum of 40 minutes for the session, but it can be made shorter, or extended using the additional activity suggestions. The following activties are included in the main plan:
- Learn basic greetings
- Fun actions to learn and remember numbers 1-10
- Have a go at writing numbers 1-10 in Japanese kanji characters
- Get everyone moving with the Radio Taiso exercise routine
