In this lesson, students will be introduced to the concept of wellbeing and the country of Japan. They will learn about the 5 ways to wellbeing and how to discuss and express their feelings. Students will find out about the significance of dreaming about Mount Fuji at New Year's and share ideas of what health and happiness look like to them.
