In this lesson, students will learn about giving as one of the '5 Ways of Wellbeing'. By looking at the example of O-soji (cleaning time at Japanese schools) students will consider the different ways we can give to, help, show appreciation, or thank others and explore the links between giving and its impact on positive wellbeing. Students will reflect on a time they have received help and will create a thank you card.
