In this lesson, students will learn to be active as one of the '5 Ways of Wellbeing'. Students will explore the links between physical and mental health and the importance of staying active through the Japanese concept of Radio Taiso.

- To understand what physical health is and why being active is important to our wellbeing
- To experience the Radio Taiso exercises and identify positive physical activities to maintain a healthy body
- To develops ways to become more physically active within school
